Top of the Morning - Dickcissel
15 inches high x 12 inches wide
“In the spring, the prairies come alive with yellow-and-black birds singing their hearts out. Meadowlarks, Bobolinks and lots of sparrows, but one of my favorites is the Dickcissel. It’s not a great singer — just a buzzy song — and it’s sometimes overlooked for meadowlarks, but this is one of the birds that are so important to a healthy grassland.”
